Indlela Yokukhetha Uhlelo Lokuphathwa Kwebhethri Le-Lithium (i-BMS)

Ukukhetha i-lithium Battery Management System (BMS) efanele kubalulekile ekuqinisekiseni ukuphepha, ukusebenza, kanye nobude besikhathi sesistimu yakho yebhethri. Kungakhathaliseki ukuthi usebenzisa ama-electronics abathengi, izimoto zikagesi, noma izixazululo zokugcina amandla, nansi isiqondiso esiphelele sokukusiza wenze isinqumo esinolwazi:

1. Thola Imininingwane Yebhethri

Qala ngokuqonda izici eziyinhloko zebhethri lakho ukuqinisekisa ukuhambisana ne-BMS:

  • Uhlobo Lwebhethri

Thola ikhemikhali yebhethri le-lithium:I-Ternary Lithium (NCM/NCA),I-LiFePO4 (LFP), noma ezinye. Uhlobo ngalunye lunamaphrofayili kagesi ahlukile kanye nezidingo zokuphepha.

  • Umthamo (Ah)

  • Ibanga Le-Voltage

Ukuqapha Kwesimo Sezwe (i-SOC): Ilandelela ngokunembile umthamo webhethri osele.

3. Hlola Ikhwalithi Nokuthembeka

4. Izidingo Zokufanisa Ezemvelo Nezokusetshenziswa

Lungisa ukukhetha kwakho ngokuvumelana nezimo zokusebenzisa:

  • Usayizi Nokuhlanganiswa

Amayunithi e-BMS amancane afanelana nezinhlelo zokusebenza ezincishisiwe, kuyilapho imiklamo ye-modular yenza kube lula ukukhulisa izinhlelo zezimboni.

  • Ukuqina Kwezinga Lokushisa

Khetha amayunithi e-BMS alinganiselwe amazinga okushisa aphezulu kakhulu (isb., -40°C kuya ku-105°C) okusetshenziswa ezimotweni noma ngaphandle.

  • Izidingo Ezikhethekile

Izixazululo ze-BMS ezingangeni manzi (IP67), ezingangeni uthuli, noma ezingadlidlizi zithuthukisa ukuthembeka ezindaweni ezinzima.

Isiphetho

Ukukhetha i-lithium BMS efanele kudinga ukulinganisela imininingwane yobuchwepheshe, amakhono okuvikela, ubuhlakani besofthiwe, kanye nokuzivumelanisa nezimo zemvelo. I-BMS ehambisana kahle ayivimbeli nje kuphela ukwehluleka kodwa futhi ithuthukisa ukusebenza kahle kwamandla futhi yandisa isikhathi sokuphila kwebhethri.
